Sea to Sky Invasive Species Council

Councillor Joanne Ronsley has written a great article on the Lions Bay Community News: Educating about invasive plant species.  "On Wednesday, November 24th, Kimberley Armour, from the Sea-to-Sky Invasive Species Council, visited Lions Bay School to make a presentation to the children on invasive species plants in our area.  The presentation was part of an educational invasive species outreach programme.  It was a great success—the children learned a lot, and loved it."  The artlcle also talks about the fall workshop "Horticultural Solutions to Invasive Species'.  See full article here.
